The Mario Rigoni Stern Institute has presented as an activity included in environmental issues, and more specifically within the activity of the study of zero kilometre products from each of the participating countries, a study on the zero kilometre products of the different Italian regions describing the benefits of consuming local products and also adding a description of these products.
